All stated prices are subject to change before contracts are signed.

 

RENTAL FEE INCLUDES

  • 2 Bartenders

  • 2 Security Guards

  • Use of the kitchen

  • 2 hours on the day before to decorate.  Any extra time is billed at $45.00 an hour.

 

RENTAL RATES

A $200.00 deposit is required to hold the date of your event.  This deposit is included in the total rental fee and is not refundable.

  • Four hour minimum…$1450.00

  • Each additional hour…$100.00

  • Each additional hour after midnight…$150.00

  • Each extra guard…$100.00

DINING ROOM AND MEETING RATES

  • Two hour minimum at $200.00
  • $100.00 for each additional hour

 

FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT

  • Use of the kitchen does not include the use of utensils, pots, pans or chafing dishes.  It is the responsibility of the persons preparing the food to provide these items.

  • We provide trash bags, and necessary paper supplies for the use of the client.

  • Providing your own alcoholic and carbonated beverages is PROHIBITED by the same laws that govern restaurants and bars.
